High Volume is $400 a month for up to 3,000 minutes, for busy front desks. Both include basic setup, a local number, 24/7 answering, a call dashboard with transcripts and lead cards, hosting on a private cloud server, monitoring, and backups. Standard setup is $500 and is waived for clients who sign by December 31, 2026. Advanced setup, such as connecting to outside software, is from $500. No per-call charges. Compare the plans.
Extra minutes on either plan are $0.20 each. Starter covers about 33 three-minute calls a month; High Volume covers about 1,000. Once you regularly pass about 1,900 minutes a month, High Volume costs less than Starter plus overage. Some exclusions apply: custom personalities, cloned voices, and text messaging are not part of the receptionist plans. Connecting to outside software is advanced setup, from $500.
