The monthly price covers all the tech behind it: dedicated phone lines and call minutes, AI voice processing, a private cloud server running 24/7, your reservation and guest database, hosting, security updates, backups, and monitoring. We set it up and maintain it. No separate tech bills.
TERMS, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
- Month-to-month after launch with 30 days' notice, or a 12-month agreement with the launch fee waived.
- If a 12-month agreement ends early, the unused share of the launch fee is due: $2,500 divided by 12, times the months remaining.
- Prices do not include your POS subscription or any fee your POS charges for API access, Google ad spend, or text-message carrier fees above normal volume.
- Your domains, website, content, and guest data are yours. Export all of it any time.

- Your POS has to approve order access. That is the one date we do not control. Until it arrives, phone orders print on a kitchen printer.
- AI can mishear. That is why it reads back every order and sends allergy questions to your staff.
- No table floor map at launch. The reservation book, seat limits, and walk-in waitlist cover most restaurants. We can add a floor map later if you need one.
- We are a small shop. So the system is built to fail safe: if it ever goes down, calls ring straight through to your store.
