- Minutes past your plan. $0.20 a minute on either plan. Past about 1,900 minutes a month, High Volume costs less than Starter plus overage.
- Custom personalities and cloned voices. Every receptionist gets a professional voice set up for your business. Custom characters are not part of these plans.
- Connections to outside software. Hooking into a CRM or field-service tool you already run is quoted separately at our consulting rate.
- Text messaging. The plans cover calls, not SMS.
